I AM RECORDING ONE OF MY SONGS

I’ve got some really exciting news to share.
I have just found out that I have been selected as one of only 8 artists for the Create. Make. Release. program with the Gold Coast Music Network.

The program will allow me to record one of my new songs.  It will take me through the whole recording process and will let me produce a professionally recorded and officially released original song. 

Over the next few months I’ll be working closely with the producers at Peace & Love records on the Gold Coast and other mentors from the Gold Coast Music Network.

I am so excited and grateful to be including in this program. 
I’ve been writing a few songs lately and really wanted to release some of them, so this is an amazing opportunity. 

I will try and share updates along the way, behind the scenes in the studio and how we record it and will let you know the release date as soon as I can. 

I just really wanted you all to know first as you have all been so supportive of my journey. 

I GOT MERCH

As this is my last year of school, I am getting ready work full time on my music next year.  This will include doing much more gigs and shows, but I also thought it would be a good idea to have some merch to sell.  People have been asking me for it for a while but I was not quite ready, but now, we have come up with some pretty cool designs for some Caps and Stubby coolers.

I will be selling these at my gigs and festivals from now on, but have also added them to my website.  I would love for you to check them out and let me know what you think of them.  And if you want to buy some that would be a bonus.

I have caps with my new logo on them, and then some stubby coolers so  you can be ‘Chilin’ with Henry’.

I would really appreciate any support as dad tells me I have to start paying board and fuel money as of next year.  😂 

STARS OF CHARLOTTE PLAINS

We have just come back from the Stars of Charlotte Plains festival out near Cunnamulla, and it was fantastic.  It was three days of nonstop music and fun.  I got to perform on the first day to open the festival which was great, and then got to sit back and enjoy the rest of it.

There were so many other amazing artists including my Cuz Sarah Catania, Sons Of Atticus, Jarrad Wrigley, Beth Lucas and The Bo'Ness Brothers.  We got to enjoy the Hot Springs which were amazing, and had fun at the Tug-O-War, Goat, Sheep and Yabbie Races.

The landscape out west is so nice, and there were lots of animals you don’t usually see like eagles and emus, lot of them and hundreds of wild goats.

SIDE BY SIDE

I also want to remind you of my SIDE BY SIDE show that is coming up on 10 July @ Gympie
It will be with Ricki Wood and Shanleigh Rose at the Gympie Music Hall which is located at the Australian Institute of Country Music. 

The show is small and personal and will have the three of us are all on stage at once and each take turns in singing one of our original songs, telling the story behind each song, so you get to know more about each of us, and how and why we write our songs. 

I would really love for you all to come along and listen to these two amazing artists, and me of course.  There is only limited seating, so if you are coming along, please make sure you get your tickets here.
