I am quite proud of myself as I recently found out I was selected to move into Phase 2 of the Talent Development Project (TDP) in Sydney, along with my good friend Lucy Beverage.

I applied earlier this year not really knowing what to expect, and made it into Phase 1 which was so cool. I helped me grow so much as a songwriter and performer. The TDP is a three-phase program for young artists, and each stage gets narrowed down, so I’m really grateful to still be part of it.

The TDP is based in Sydney, so once a month, for two days a week, I have to fly to Sydney to take part in the progrtam, but it is so worth it, and its right in the city, just under the Harbour Bridge.
The TDP has had some well-known artists over the years, including Human Nature, Angus & Julia Stone, Imogen Clark, and The McClymonts, so it’s pretty special to be there.
The mentors and coaches have been great, and I’m learning a lot from the workshops and sessions. It’s been a really good opportunity to develop my skills and connect with other young musicians.
Thanks to everyone who has supported me so far. I’m looking forward to seeing what I can learn in this next phase.
